The Entire system was externally mounted on the tractor without altering its manufacturing quality and purpose. We can dismount the system and use the tractor for agriculture or commercial purposes.
The Entire system is working on a hydraulic system. Due to the hydraulic operating equipment the accuracy of the system was very high. We can operate it with more precision and easy to operate the hydraulic system with few levers and fingers.
The entire system is rigidly connected with the tractor chassis. Which helps to distribute the mounting weight to the entire tractor which helps to transport the tractor with the mount also it improves the stability of the tractor.

We can clean the panels using both dry and wet cleaning methods. We are having a separate water supply system in the solar track. We can enable or disable the water supply based on the requirement.

The rotating Brush mounted on the solar track system is freely pivoted on a point which can pivot up to 270o. Due to the freely pivot method we can place the brush at all types of panels with various inclination angles easily and securely.
In the solar track the hydraulic control unit is placed aside to the driver seat. The entire system can be operated by a single person easily and more comfortably while driving the tractor.

Solar Track having an external water service hose to clean the vehicle itself using the same water system in the tractor. It improves the life span of the tractor from dirt, dust suppression on the vehicle.
The Solar Track has a light unit to clean the solar plant even in the night time without any external power or light source. Also we have a yellow-orange flash light on the top of the vehicle which is visible from long sites and fog conditions so we can identify the vehicle from the entire plant.
The water for the cleaning system is derived from a 1000 liters water tank attached in the back side of the tractor; it can supply water required for an hour based on the panel length. The water tank is placed in a framed structure which is suitable for avoiding damages to the water tank during transport.
The Hydraulic system is working on a 150 liters oil source mounted on the tractor. It can supply the oil requirement of the hydraulic system without interrupting any operation of the system.
The tractor engine’s power take off is used to operate the hydraulic system with a PTO connected gear transmission system which converts the mechanical energy of the tractor into hydraulic energy of the cleaning system.
The rotating brush is specially made to clean the solar panel system. We can increase or decrease the brush length based on the solar panels in the plant. The Brush length availability expands from 10 feet to 25 feet.
The brush is made in spiral type to improve the cleaning ability, by avoiding dust segmentation from one panel to another during cleaning the panels.
The solar track can be mounted on small to large size tractors based on the length and space availability of solar arrays in the plants.
On the basis of fuel economy the solar track uses less fuel for cleaning the solar system than using the same tractor for the agriculture purpose.
Solar Track can clean solar panels at areas where the tractor can enter, no need for additional space for the mounted system is required.
